Também a primeira leva da Vienna para concurso. Essa leva foi inspirada na receita do livro do Jamil "Brewing Classic Styles". Detalhe que eu dividi a leva e inoculei com 2 fermentos: 1 seco: W-34/70 e outra com WLP 830, e só depois eu fui perceber que ambas as cepas são as mesmas!!
